A child in Brooklyn has filed a lawsuit against Epic Games claiming that they stole his youth.
In his lawsuit, the child, Andre Davis states that on numerous occasions he skipped out on playing with his friends in favor of staying home and playing Fortnite.
Davis is asking for a sum of 3,000,000 V-Bucks.
